The DTCC Consortium:
In an effort to help researchers develop better models of human disease, Charles River has joined UC Davis, the Toronto Centre for Phenogenomics and Children's Hospital Oakland Research Institute to establish the DTCC Consortium. The DTCC is assembling a repository of knockout mouse lines and phenotype data as part of the NIH's Knockout Mouse Project (KOMP2). The research community can access a subset of mutant mice and associated resources for follow-up research or in-depth evaluation in collaboration with the DTCC. Model analysis services and phenotyping platforms are also available.
